This place generally has a great customer service, is "freaky fast," and makes good subs. However, I had a couple of subs that were thrown together. I also had a sub that literally had just lettuce and cheese on it and the girl at the counter seemed irritated when I asked her to put veggies on it. I mean, it WAS a veggie sub after all. Not my favorite JJ location, but it's decent.

Jimmy John's tag line is "Subs so Fast You'll Freak" and they're not joking. The sandwich-maker handed me my sub before I had even finished paying the cashier. I chalk it up to the large amount of staff at this location. When I arrived, there were about 3 customers and 20 employees. The subs are tasty and served on a French roll that is larger than 6" but not quite a foot long (maybe 8"?). Keep in mind when ordering that the subs come with set ingredients, although you can make substitutions and additions. The cashier was pleasant and didn't seem to mind all the changes I made to my Tom Turkey. There is limited parking at this location and much of the downtown workforce comes here for lunch, so I've learned to take an early lunch break on the days I crave Jimmy John's. On the days I arrive at 11, I don't have any trouble finding a spot and it's possible to be in and out in a matter of minutes.

Further more, they blocked us from ever ordering again because of our review instead of reaching out!! (found out from a coworker) Terrible customer service who wouldn't have gotten a bad review if 1. they didn't send out rotten food and 2. would have rectified it with a refund or new product offer. Shamefull

Got a Turkey Tom on wheat delivered with a large Diet Coke for $9, and tipped $2. The sandwich was fine (tho' I wasn't expecting sliced wheat), but not worth $11.

This particular Jimmy John's location is very irregular. I usually go here around 7 at night and this is WELL past their busiest times. So I expect my sub fast and never get it fast. One other time I came in at 1:30 in the afternoon and the place was moderately busy and I got my sub fast. So I guess the evening staff doesn't pay attention to the theme that Jimmy John's supposed to be fast. So if you want a sub later in the evening, don't go to this location. There is another location in Clearwater just off 19 that does a great job that time of evening.

Nice little Jimmy Johns. I came around 2 so after the lunch rush and there weren't many people there. Staff was quick and made my sub quickly and accurately. Whole place was clean...parking could be better, but that's not really their fault as much as the property designs. Either way I'd go back to this one in a heartbeat.

Very yummy sandwiches! Love how they deliver...and if u just want one, they'll deliver. They charger 25¢ for delivery which is a lot cheaper then everyone else! And when they advertise freakishly fast...they don't lie!!! I've ordered while @ work, hung up, told my supervisor I'm going down stairs and by the time I'm there, so is Jimmy Johns!!! Don't know how they do it, but it's great!!!

Their subs are really no better than firehouse or your local homemade Gyro store Grinder, but I will say for the price, I'm literally in and out the door in less than 2 min. During Lunch Hour and Rush hour drive home it does get quite busy. The Parking Factor is my main issue when its busy as the subs still take less than 2 minutes to get in your hands from the time you order. I know when I'm heading home on 4th street and I'm hungry, it's one of my first options.
